HP LaserJet 5000, 5500 Cooling Fan - OEM
Hi Folks,
Have an old 42" Designjet 5000, which is basically working, but a while back, one of the PSU fans gave problems, and was preventing the printer powering up. At the time, I robbed one off a spare 60" 5000 that I wasn't using, the intention being to get a replacement as and when, but I now want to get the 60" back into service, and the fan is causing me some pain, I've looked at the old fan, it's a Delta AFB0624H, and in theory, I can get them from several places at reasonable prices, but the query then is that any I see being advertised are 2 wire, and the old unit I've taken out is 3 wire, which is confusing the **** out of me, how can a fan have one part number, but be a different spec to another with the same part number.
So, I've tried looking for a wiring diagram for the 5000 to try and work out what's going on, and I can't find one anywhere, the service manual is very much lacking in that respect.
Looking at the Digikey information that's on their site, it looks like the Delta Fans have options that can be added, so I'm guessing that the fan in question is a variant, but the exact model is not on the label.
Does anyone have the details of the right model fan for the 5000 family?
Thanks

Looks like it, are they quoting a price? The killer on most of these sites is the shipping, I've had quotes as high as $100 to ship from the States to Ireland, which is kinda scary for something this small.
