I have a service call to replace the print head. Is there any alignment or special tool needed? Is it just remove and replace? Does it need to be primed?  Can I get a service manual somewhere?  Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I think it will be better for you to get the service manual and also if there is a need to change it then better to go for service providers and change it.

    Thanks

Better to take help of service manual which is essential and if this does not help then check all the supports so that you will know what can be the better options.
