    		   Has flashing orange 5 times which points to printer head. removed and cleaned and reset but no difference. Does print head have to be changed or is there something else I should look for. Any Help is appreciated. Frank/ActionPhotocopy

    		 You might try cleaning the contacts on the printer, and the printhead with rubbing alcohol and a q-tip.
    Also, in your manual, there will be a ccode in the troubleshooting section which will fully explain your problem..it might be salvageable.

    		 Hi,

    Update the software driver, and also update the firmware. To update the firmware you have to pull all the cartridges out.
