Anyone familiar with these? I have a large account with numerous other Infoprints but only one of these. Most of the time, it barely pulls the paper from the paper tray - D-roller looks decent. When it feeds, it often jams under the toner cartridge. MP tray is feeding fine! Any suggestions would be appreciated.
