    		 I have a Color 5500 that will print a configuration page but when you try to run 10 test prints, you get a 13.02 paper jam and a blank page on the transfer belt and a blank page coming out of the fuser. The error log lists a 54.14,15,16,17,18 density and sensor errors. I replaced the density sensor assy. with a new one within the last 90 days and the feed rollers are good. No laser scanner errors are recorded anywhere. Please help save what hair is left!
