    		 Client says he gets a jam and error code "SC401" a few times a day. Can't find this code in my service manual. Would like to have an idea before I visit the machine.

    		 With some help I was able to find the error code in the SM.

    When transfer or separation charge leakage occurs, the ST ALARM signal is sent to the main PCB,
    and SC401 is displayed.

    Clean the Transfer Seperation unit including the end blocks. Sometimes the wire stretches and has to be replaced or the tension spring can stretch. If cleaning dosent help I would first restring with a good tight wire. Do you have a Service Manual for this unit?

    		 No I do not have any manuals been looking can not seem to find any. As far as cleaning any thing I should use I
    do not want to cause further damage
