    		 I have a Design Jet 500- 24" that was giving a 22.10 error. Replacing the Ink Supply Station solved that but now it tells me Yellow & Magenta cartridges are not installed correctly and the Cyan is missing. They are HP 82 cartridges that have not been refilled. I also replaced the encoder strip and service station. I saw a thread that indicated it could be firmware since the firmware is backed up on the ISS. I successfully upgraded 2.x to 4.02 but the message persists.  Any suggestions besides a defective ISS?

    		 Apparently when the ISS went, it damaged the chips on three ink cartridges.

    		 get it resolved as soon as possible by consulting your service provider so that he will affix it well.
