    		 customer is complaining that it lock up in the middle of printing. jam error but no paper misfeed. it even does it when not doing any jobs at all and msg won't clear so sometimes they have to re-boot. any idea?? also my friend has a inkjet printer that the carridge error won't clear. i think it was photosmart??, i forgot the model#. i don't work on inkjets so i have no idea what this could be. i kinda told her that she might wanna get a new printer. any help would be greatly appreciated

    		 It happens when connectivity breaks in the middle with the printer, so it needs to redone by checking connectivity so that you will not find any problem.
